Questions, answered.
Still wondering about something? Ask when you request your quote.
How far ahead should I order?
Two weeks is ideal for custom sets, and three to four weeks around Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day and football season. Rush orders inside seven days are sometimes possible for a small fee, so it never hurts to ask.
Is there a minimum?
Most custom designs start at two dozen of the same design. Wedding favors, logo cookies and mini cookies start at three or four dozen. Ready-made boxes have no minimum.
How does pricing work?
Custom cookies are priced by the dozen and depend on the shape, the number of colors and the detail. The prices on this site are sample pricing to help you plan. You will get a firm quote before anything is baked.
Can you match my team colors or party theme?
Yes. Send a photo of the invitation, the jersey or the color swatch and the icing gets mixed to match. The cookie designer is a good place to start.
How do I get my cookies?
Orders are picked up in Parker County, Texas at a time that is arranged when your order is confirmed. Every cookie is heat-sealed in its own bag, so they travel well.
How long do they stay fresh?
Sealed cookies are at their best for about a week at room temperature. Keep them out of the sun and out of the fridge, which can make royal icing sticky.
What about allergies?
The cookies contain wheat, eggs and dairy and are made in a home kitchen that may also handle nuts. If allergies are a concern, mention them when you order.
